All persons who wish to file any sort of application with the Indiana Board of Law Examiners must first create a personal Indiana Bar Admission Registration account on this website. Please fill out the registration form below.

Middle Name:	I don't have a middle name Middle Name must be less than 64 char.
Last Name:	You must supply your Last Name. Last Name must be less than 64 char.
Suffix:	Suffix must be less than 12 char. Suffix must be alphanumeric characters.
Social Security Number:	ssn1 ssn2 ssn3 no_ssn I don't have a social security number
Date of Birth: Month Day Year	This is not a valid Date of Birth.
Place of Birth:	You must supply your place of birth.
