Select Get Fingerprinted

Choose Indiana and select Go.

Select Digital fingerprinting.

Schedule an appointment

Choose Don't Know your Service Code.

Agency Name: State Bar Applicants

Application Category: Indiana State Bar Applicants

Check Acknowledgement/Release

Select Pay for Ink Card Submission

Select yes for Fingerprint Card Submissions

Fill in demographics and payment.

Send confirmation and fingerprint card to:
