July 2026 Topic Change
Effective with the July 2026 bar exam, the following areas will no longer be tested on the MEE:
- Conflict of Laws
- Family Law
- Trusts and Estates
- Secure Transactions
Please note that from July 2026 to February 2028, both Family Law and Trusts and Estates matters may still appear on the Multistate Performance Test.

May 12, 2026 Bar Admission Ceremony
The Spring Bar Admission Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 10:00 am, at the Palladium at the Center for the Performing Arts in Carmel, Indiana.
July 2026 Bar Exam Location
The July 2026 Bar Exam will be held at 502 East Event Center in Carmel.
Rule 13 Waivers Requests timeline
We are receiving a high volume of Rule 13 waiver requests. While we make every effort to evaluate these requests as expeditiously as possible, there is no guarantee that the Board of Law Examiners will be able to make a determination on your request prior to the deadline for submitting applications for the next administration of the Indiana Bar exam.
Fall Admission Ceremony
The Fall 2025 Bar Admission Ceremony will take place Friday, October 24, 2025 at the Indianapolis Convention Center, Sagamore Ballroom at 10:00 AM.
UBE Score Transfer Instructions
